Beach

South Shores II is located right on the Atlantic Ocean and has a beautiful beach right out the back door so you're only a few steps from the beach! The beach is quite wide during low tide and gets narrower as the tide comes in. And that tide brings in lots of lovely shells that stay on the beach as the tide goes out. Shelling is a favorite past-time.

Swim in the ocean, go surfing, or even try a boogey board! The hardpacked sand is perfect for long walks on the beach. Fishing is another favorite activity. You can go fishing right on the beach, charter a sportfishing boat, or fish from the Garden City pier that is less than 2 miles south of South Shores II. Or walk down the beach towards the Surfside Beach pier and rent a jetski or take a ride on a banana boat. There are so many fun things to do right on the beach.

Viewing The Beach From Unit #205

You don't even need to leave your condo to enjoy the beach. Unit #205 has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. If you watch carefully, you may even see the dolphins swimming by! And if you're an early riser, you'll enjoy the sunrises as they are quite beautiful.
